The job
Seaview Road, Remuera
An extensive renovation and basement conversion on a 100-year-old bungalow. We opened the house up to the framing, rebuilt the hallway and living spaces and fitted a new kitchen.
We then returned to refurbish the pool and rebuild the garden, with a hardwood dining deck off the kitchen and a new lawn. The result is a house that uses every level, inside and out.
