    You choose fixtures and tiles. We price everything, so there are no mystery allowances.

    Consents

    Moving plumbing usually needs consent. We prepare and manage it with Auckland Council.

  4. Step 04

    Strip out and rebuild

    Plumbing, electrical, framing, waterproofing, tiling and fit-off, in the right order.

  5. Step 05

    Handover

    Final checks, a clean-up and a walk-through with you.

A bathroom is priced on its size, the tiling, the fixtures you choose and whether the plumbing moves. A refresh that keeps everything where it is costs much less than a full rebuild with a walk-in shower and freestanding bath. After a free site visit we write an itemised quote, so you can see every cost and adjust the specification to suit your budget.

How long it takes

Timing depends on the size of the room, how much changes behind the walls and the lead time for your fixtures and tiles. Your schedule of work lists each stage from strip-out to handover.
