The problem

Why kitchen renovations blow out

A kitchen needs a plumber, an electrician, a joiner, a stone benchtop supplier, a tiler and a painter, all in the right order. Miss the order and you're eating takeaways for weeks longer than you planned.

We schedule it all, order long-lead items early and keep you informed as we go.

Scope

What we do

  • Full kitchen strip-out and rebuild
  • Layout changes and moving the kitchen to a different room
  • Walls removed or opened up for flow
  • Custom and supplied joinery
  • Stone, engineered stone and timber benchtops
  • Splashbacks, tiling and flooring
  • Plumbing, electrical and lighting upgrades, including under-cabinet lights
  • Appliance fit-out
  • Pantries and built-in wardrobes
  • Ceilings, shelving and painting

Proof

Two kitchens, two eras

Traditional: cream joinery with turned detailing, a granite benchtop, a five-burner cooktop, a timber island and a double oven. Modern: white joinery, a stone-topped island with bar stools, integrated appliances and LED lighting.

Stay or sell

A kitchen that adds value

If you plan to sell, a kitchen is often the room buyers judge first. If you plan to stay, it's the room you use most. We'll talk through both cases and help you spend where it counts.

Budget and time

What it costs and how long it takes

What it costs

A kitchen is priced on its size, the joinery, the benchtop material, the appliances and whether walls, plumbing or gas move. Keeping the layout and replacing the fit-out costs much less than relocating the kitchen or opening up a wall. We quote every job in writing after a free site visit, itemised so you can adjust the specification to suit your budget.

How long it takes

Custom joinery and stone benchtops are the usual long-lead items, so we measure and order them early. How long the build takes depends on how much changes behind the walls. Your schedule of work lists each stage from strip-out to handover.

FAQ

Kitchen renovation questions

Cost depends on size, joinery, benchtop material, appliances and whether walls or services move. A new fit-out in the same layout costs far less than relocating the kitchen. We quote every job in writing after a free site visit, itemised so you can see where the money goes.
