With over 20 years of residential and commercial building experience, Bryson has developed an impressive wealth of knowledge and project management expertise. Combining these skills with his ability to motivate and drive his team allows Bryson to consistently reach objectives within the expected time, cost, quality and scope.
Having worked extensively in both NZ and the UK, Bryson is adaptable to all applications of construction. For the last seven years he has pursued his passion for the craftsmanship of building, focusing on renovations and retro-residential work. With Bryson’s strong knowledge of NZ native hardwood timbers ensures our renovation work fully showcases the beauty and practicality that natural wood has to offer.
Bryson’s open-minded and honest approach to building finds him very easy to work with, helpful and highly personable. Committed to quality and excellent customer service, he is a reliable and dependable Project Manager/Builder dedicated to achieving the best results.

Straightline Builders has a strong background in Health and Safety (H&S) and is committed to a safe workplace/environment. The changes in legislation didn’t require that we do anything different as H&S was already a key pillar in our training as well as culture.
We have decided however to embrace these changes and new resources made available within the industry, by raising our standards much higher than any minimum requirements set out.
Quite simply, we don’t see H&S as a compliance exercise. Our team need to feel safe and confident when at work and know that all company decisions have their, our subcontractors and workplace safety, always front of mind.
Straightline are active Site Safe members and make sure all our staff have the optimum level of H&S training - right from our administration staff through to our Director. We have researched and implemented the latest technology and processes to make sure we are proficient.
