From the outset, Bryson Rangi, the director, always responded very promptly and efficiently to our requirements and was always open to different ideas and suggestions. “From the first visit to quote, Bryson impressed us with his can-do attitude, respect for our 1920s bungalow renovation ideas and his endearing, warm character. The quote was comprehensive and delivered quickly. Throughout the project, the quote was adhered to with no surprises. We raised variations along the way and Bryson responded just as professionally as at the outset of the project. His team were all professional, hardworking and very amiable – a pleasure to have around. This matters a great deal when your project runs into a couple of months or more. Since we worked from home we had a special requirement not to have a radio on site and this, like every other aspect of their approach, was not a problem. The works were fully swept and tidied at the end of each day and rubbish taken away. Our restoration meant a long period of time without a kitchen and bathroom however they ensured we had temporary facilities at all times which kept us going. The standard of workmanship throughout was professional. Bryson managed his team brilliantly with crucial daily onsite visits, bringing contracted tradesman when required meaning no undue waiting. We always felt Bryson was on top of the job and personally aware of every aspect. This made a large job run smoothly with sanity in tact! As with other reviews, we found Bryson’s communication excellent – always replying to phone calls and emails promptly. For future building work we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.”

“I needed an urgent building job done in my laundry. I phoned countless builders who were all booked up for weeks even months. It was only a small job that required a couple of hours, yet no one would look at it. When I phoned Bryson, he listened, understood the urgency and said he’d come and look at it. I couldn’t have been more relieved. True to his word, he turned up, assessed the job, organised what needed to be done and before I knew it the problem was solved and fixed. I did incur a rather high callout fee in the invoice, but considering it was an emergency, it was definitely worth it. Albeit the design was already created, Bryson was mindful of the functional aspects of the project which he made us consider before commencing work.
